A TOP doctor has urged vulnerable South Londoners not to forget about their seasonal flu jab amid the mass coverage of swine flu.

Dr David Salisbury, director of immunisation at the Department of Health, fears people will neglect their normal flu jab after the media storm over the killer H1NI virus.
