THIS is the moment armed cops swooped on convicted rapist Terrence O'Keefe.

The dramatic arrest was captured on a passer-by's mobile phone and posted on web video sharing site YouTube.

A specialist squad of officers grabbed O'Keefe and hauled him to the ground in a street in Norfolk after getting a tip-off.
